Our Mission

To ensure that our students graduate ready for the world, we empower them with a high-quality, rigorous college preparatory education that fosters academic excellence, principled character, visionary leadership and a lifelong love of learning.

Vision:
We will take responsibility for our learning, take risk, seize opportunities to become creative problem solvers, compassionate leaders, and change makers. We are all leaders!
For the 2024-25 school year, Madison Elementary will continue to implement the principles of The Leader in Me.  We will emphasize in incorporating The Leader in Me into the academics which bridges the philosophy with the development of 21st century learners and leaders who will guide their community with competence, creativity, and passion. Students future efforts and contributions will direct the growth of a thriving neighborhood.  Madison's vision will be realized by the development of these three principles: Mind, Body, and Character.   By highlighting these three principles, we will encourage higher-level thinking, instill curiosity, develop personal and social awareness, shape future citizens, and create role models for a productive society.  When our students walk out of our doors, they will be prepared to value and adjust to the demands of a diverse and ever-changing society. We are confident that through our "Leader in Me" philosophy, pedagogy, collaboration, and preparation via professional development, the aforementioned will be accomplished in developing future leaders in our society.
